Terms of Service

1. Definitions

“MorLuang” or “the System” means the hospital information system developed and supplied by MorLuang.

“the Provider” means the developer and supplier of the MorLuang system.

“the Customer” means the person or organisation that registers to use the MorLuang system.

2. Use of the system

The Customer agrees to use the System solely for clinical and healthcare-administration purposes, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Customer responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for safeguarding its user accounts, passwords and access credentials, and must notify the Provider immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access.

4. Data and privacy

Collection, use and disclosure of personal data is governed by the MorLuang privacy policy and by Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

5. Intellectual property

All copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property in the MorLuang system remain the property of the Provider.

6. Limitation of liability

The MorLuang system is a workflow support tool. It is not a diagnostic or treatment device. Every clinical decision remains the responsibility of the licensed healthcare professionals who make it.

7. Changes to these terms

The Provider may amend these terms, giving the Customer at least 30 days’ prior notice.

8. Ordering and payment

Payment is made by bank transfer or PromptPay directly to the Provider. Once the funds arrive, the Provider issues a receipt by email.

The Provider currently trades as an individual who is not registered for value added tax and therefore cannot issue a tax invoice. Prices shown on this website are the final amounts charged, with no VAT added.

Customers that are juristic persons required to withhold income tax at source may withhold at the statutory rate and provide the Provider with a withholding tax certificate.

If an international payment processor is offered in future, payment documents will be issued in that provider’s name and may carry taxes or fees it charges, which will be shown before payment is confirmed.

The service is a subscription that renews automatically on the term selected (3, 6 or 12 months). The Customer may cancel renewal at any time from the billing page and retains access until the end of the period already paid for.

Cancellation and refunds are governed by the refund policy.
