Overview
AI is not a bolt-on module here. It runs inside every part of the product, working alongside staff from the first day of use — which is what most distinguishes MorLuang from other hospital systems.
For physicians
Rather than reading dozens of pages of notes, the physician sees a summary of what matters: treatment history, abnormal results, current medication, and how the condition is trending — alongside relevant clinical guidance. It will also draft a discharge summary or a medical certificate for the physician to check and correct before signing.
For the laboratory
Each result is compared automatically against the patient’s own history, with trend charts showing what is improving and what is not. Critical values are flagged with the patient’s context taken into account. Summary reports are drafted in language that both the clinician and the patient can follow, and past results can be retrieved simply by asking for them.
For learning the system
New and existing staff can ask how to do something — “how do I register a new patient?”, “how do I look up past laboratory results?”, “how do I submit a social security claim?” — and get a step-by-step answer that points at exactly where to click. That shortens training and gives users confidence.
For asking questions of your own data
You do not need to be technical to get information out. Ask in plain language — “how has this patient’s HbA1c moved over the past six months?”, “how does this month’s patient count compare with last month?”, “which medications did we dispense most this week?” — and the assistant finds it and summarises it.
What makes it different
- Included from day one — no add-on licence, no waiting for a future release; it is already working in every module
- Built for Thai healthcare — it understands local workflow, coverage schemes and reporting standards
- Safe and transparent — the AI assists, it does not decide. Every output is confirmed by a qualified member of staff before it is used
- Works across modules — it draws on records, laboratory, pharmacy and billing data together rather than in isolation
How it connects
The assistant works with every module: reading the medical record to summarise it, analysing laboratory results, checking interactions in pharmacy, validating claims, and displaying its output inside the doctor workstation and nurse station — so help is available wherever the work happens.
