Refund Policy

1. Cancelling the service

You may cancel by giving at least 30 days’ notice before the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds

Refunds are assessed case by case. As a general rule:

• Subscription fees for periods not yet started are refunded pro rata.
• Setup and initial training fees are non-refundable.
• Custom development work is non-refundable.

3. Getting your data out

After cancellation you may request an export of your data for up to 90 days. After that the data is permanently deleted from our systems.
